Melissa has skated for nearly 10 years and spent most of the time focusing on competing and testing through the levels. She started coaching professionally back in 2022, and mainly focused on helping her students, of all ages, achieve their personal goals. Many of those personal goals ranged from learning how to stand on skates to competing and to passing levels.

Melissa believes each skater is different, and Melissa has spent her professional coaching career learning how to cater to each skater’s needs.

Melissa has also choreographed for Christmas shows and competitions, which is one of her passions. Melissa enjoys finding music that each skater likes and choreographing routines that help them shine.

Melissa coaches all ages of all levels. Melissa coaches kids as young as 3 years old and as old as 80. Melissa coaches beginners, as well as higher level competitive athletes, and anything in between.

Melissa helps kids and young adults work towards competition. Whether they are beginners or further along, Melissa choreograph routines and help each skater achieve what they need to be prepared.

• Melissa is from Denver, Colorado.
• We moved to Arizona when Melissa was six years old, so I’m considered an Arizona native, but Colorado still has her heart.
