Morgan Johnston is the Guest Service Supervisor and Social Media Manager at AZ Ice Gilbert, a role she has held since 2024. In this position, she oversees daily front-end operations, manages guest services staff, and ensures a positive and efficient customer
experience throughout the facility. She also leads all AZ Ice rink’s social media efforts, creating content, promoting programs and events, and engaging with the local community.

Morgan has been part of AZ Ice since 2017, starting as a party host and advancing through multiple roles into management. This hands-on experience, combined with her time working with the Arizona Coyotes ice and promotional crews—where she supported game operations,
engaged with fans, and represented the organization at community events—has strengthened her ability to manage fast-paced environments, deliver strong customer service, and effectively connect with guests both in person and online.
