AZ ICE Gilbert is beaming with pride as we celebrate an incredible national achievement from four of our talented skaters! We are thrilled to celebrate Quincy Hassell and Rachel Bournias, who brought home GOLD in the International Shadow Dance event! Their achievement is a wonderful reflection of the dedication, teamwork, trust, and passion they have poured into their skating journey.

We’re also incredibly proud of Ivory Woolley and Kate Woolley, who earned BRONZE in the Pre-Bronze Shadow Dance event! Their accomplishment is a testament to their perseverance, commitment, and hard work throughout the season. Behind every medal are countless hours of training, repetition, challenges, and determination. These skaters put in the work and stepped onto the national stage ready to represent AZ ICE Gilbert with confidence, sportsmanship, and heart.

Their coaches, Laura Patterson and Sue Burdick, couldn’t be more proud of their athletes and the accomplishments they achieved at Nationals. As Coach Laura shared, “Sue and I are so proud of all 7 national qualifiers and thrilled to celebrate Quincy and Rachel’s gold and Ivory and Kate’s bronze medals in their Shadow Dance category!”

We are so grateful for the dedication and guidance Laura and Sue provide to these athletes throughout their skating journeys, and we are proud to celebrate this special moment alongside them.

Congratulations, Quincy & Rachel, on your GOLD medal!

Congratulations, Ivory & Kate, on your BRONZE medal!

Your AZ ICE Gilbert family is incredibly proud of you and honored to celebrate these amazing accomplishments. Here’s to all the hard work that brought you to the national stage and to all the exciting moments still ahead!
